My journey in pool service started long before I officially launched Mr. AJR Pool Services. At just 15 years old, I was helping my family clean and maintain pools in Los Angeles — a trade that’s been in our family for generations. I didn’t realize it at the time, but those early mornings with my uncles and cousins shaped my work ethic and taught me the value of honest, dependable service.
In my 20s, I explored other career paths, searching for what felt right. But no matter what I tried, I always found myself drawn back to the work I grew up with. Five years ago, I decided to fully return to the pool industry — this time with a vision of building something of my own.
Today, Mr. AJR Pool Services is proudly family-run. Each of us bringing our own strengths and experience to the table. Our family values show in everything we do: we’re committed to treating each customer like family and every pool like it’s in our own backyard.
